A form for recording scores which is in Word can be downloaded by clicking here. This can be filled out electronically after the match and sent as an e-mail attachment to record the match score.

Please record each player by 1^st initial and last name. Division designates B North, C South etc. Home team captain reports scores of match by e-mail to millerk@tiac.net no later than the week of play (preferably by the next day).
